IRB 5350 is equipped with compact arm, base and guide system. It can be easily "embedded" in a narrow spraying room. The special guideway system enhances the flexibility of the spraying robot. The guideway system supports landing and wall mounting.
IRB 5350 Door Opening Robot has two basic sub-models: stop-and-go and continuous. The Spraying Robots and door-opening robots matched with the stop-and-go spraying line are mostly fixed, and the three-axis IRB 5350 fixed on the spraying room floor can be used. The continuous spraying line requires IRB 5350 to move with the body. Four-axle IRB 5350 equipped with ABB compact special guideway can be used to further enhance the flexibility of the spraying robot.
ABB door-opening robot is equipped with a specially designed door-opening fixture, built-in search sensor and force feedback sensor. Even if there is a small error in the door position, it can successfully complete the door-opening action and ensure the optimization of operation efficiency. ABB also designed a special search tool for sensing the window sealing frame, avoiding the use of magnets and other devices that directly contact the outside door. ABB door-opening robot first searches and identifies the window frame through the tool. The window frame is grasped by stainless steel fixture, and the door is opened and closed. The whole process does not touch the outside of the door, nor does it use any magnetic material. The door opening fixture is suitable for all kinds of side doors with window frames and traditional hinges.
